Hi, I'm Maria. Boy do I have a story to tell. You see, I came to M'Shoogy's in 2006 after I was thrown off a bridge in St. Joe. Yeah I know, how could anyone do that; I don't understand either! I survived the fall and was adopted. My new owner brought me back after a year because I didn't do normal cat things. I slept on top of a file cabinet and sunned myself in the window. I'm not exactly sure what else I should have been doing, I was content. I was quite upset having to come back to the shelter because it's so loud here. Oh well, enough with the past. I'm back into the routine here and only looking to the future. I am young, healthy and playful. I get a twinkle in my eye as I'm getting ready to swat a cat toy or try to entice my human friends to play with me. I know how wonderful it is to have a real home and I wish so very much for the chance of a new one.
