M’Shoogy’s educates children about respect for all life and the importance about their part in helping to eliminate abuse and neglect for all animals.

Through this education, Gary Silverglat recruits kids throughout the area to participate in his “Rescue Ranger” program.

These individuals are provided with a membership card which includes phone numbers and contact names in the event they spot a neglected, abused, or lost animal.

They are also provided with educational brochures and handouts to help educate others.
