Boomer is a friendly dog that’s ready for his new home. He came to M’Shoogys because of a call from the sheriff about a dog that had been hit on the interstate. Good thing for Boomer that someone spotted him. He was emaciated and it wouldn’t be long before it was too late for him. Look at him now; he’s as good as new.
