Hi, I'm Ozzy. I was found running around loose on Highway 71. There was hope someone would come for me but that never happened. No one is sure why. I'm a friendly dog and I'd make a great pet. I love my treats and I'm very gentle with taking them. If no one came to get me I'm thinking that must mean I have another destiny. There is something I'm supposed to do; is it be with you?
