Hi, I’m Gretel. I was found running around DD Highway with my brother Hansel (dog659). Even though we didn’t run into a witch like our namesakes, we were in an evil situation. Whoever had us before we escaped didn’t take good care of us. We were found with our collars embedded into our skin. You can still see the pain in our eyes. Now that we are safe we are happier with each passing day. Our outlook is great and the more time the volunteers spend with us the happier we get.
