Hi, I'm Rocky. I'm a friendly, energetic, and happy dog. The hard life I've lived has not broken my spirit. I was rescued after being kept chained to a tree. I was so neglected that I have a scar from where the leash they had me on grew into my neck. Can you imagine anyone being so cruel? I'm so happy that I was rescued and now I have a chance of getting a home where I will be loved and I could be a member of the family. After being put out and ignored like garbage, I've not lost my dream of being someone's true friend.
