Came to M'Shoogy's in 07/2010
I’ve spent all of my life chained up outside by the people who were suppose to care for me. I was so lonely; all I wanted was for them to take me on a walk occasionally. But instead, they neglected me for so long I became emaciated and my neck had grown around my collar which made my neck infected and swollen. The collar would have eventually choked me to death had a caring person not called the shelter. Despite how my owners treated me, I am a friendly, happy dog, and remain hopeful that someone like you will get me out of here soon. I’m still scared of collars; maybe you can be the one to teach me not to be scared anymore.
