My name is Jared. My brother Carter (Dog 326) and I were found by the sheriff's department late at night in the middle of a storm while they were out on patrol. We had been dumped down by the river and had been there for quite awhile because we were literally starving. I can't tell you how glad we were to see the M'Shoogy's truck pull up. We bounced back to our healthy and playful selves very quickly and are now anxiously awaiting a real home of our own. Border Collies are too intelligent and active to be the best choice for someone who doesn't plan on spending much time with me. I need to be with an active person or family because I would become quickly bored with lying around the house all day long with nothing to do.
